All purchases on accessories are considered final sales.
All purchases on clearance items are considered final sales.
To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All returns must be reported to Dream House within 5 days from the delivery of your order.
To complete your return, please provide order number and contact information to shopdreamhousetx@gmail.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you reach out to your bank first.
Please reach out if you have not received your refund within the timeframe that your bank has stated to be credited to your account. Please email us at shopdreamhousetx@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopdreamhousetx@gmail.com.
